I decided to use the Crispy Oven Bake on pork chops instead of chicken, because that's what I had available at the time. Since I'm a good ole New Orleans girl, I never trust that pre-made seasonings will be good enough. Therefore, I always season my meats before adding any premixed seasonings. After washing my chops, I seasoned them with Lawry's Garlic Salt, black pepper, and onion powder. I then followed the directions on the box and proceeded to coat them as instructed before placing them into the oven.
