Super Kids Save the World – The Children’s Museum of Atlanta – through May 3, 2015 – Take the pledge to take care of our world and bring the kids down to the Children’s Museum for this awesome exhibit. The exhibit is based on the British children’s book, George Saves the World by Lunchtime written by Jo Readman and illustrated by Ley Honor Roberts. The book was developed by the Eden Project, an educational charity located in Cornwall, England, which is dedicated to showing the importance of taking care of our world. Paying homage to the historic Great Atlanta Fire of 1917 which devastated the Old Fourth Ward, the festival will celebrate its heritage through fire installations, performances, live music, fire rescue musters competitions and more.
